Eee Bloody Ell

Would you believe it? The FA Cup draw has pulled us out a plum. We'll be travelling to Rochdale on the weekend of the 5th December for the juiciest of ties. I wouldn't be half surprised if it was televised. Its a proper FA Cup humdinger this one.
Having played out a feisty 0-0 draw a few weeks ago, with both teams in the top half of league one and with Bury having hammered 2013 FA Cup winners Wigan in the first round, this one could hardly be more finely poised and may well be the most high profile Bury v Rochdale derby in the history of the fixture.
Its fair to say that I'll be there with knobs on and I'm already excited. We'll make their 1500 away fans at Gigg last month look pathetic and having failed to win against Rochdale since 2010, I'm more than confident that we'll put that right this time round. Up the Shakers.
