Bury 0 Rochdale 0

Well the much-hyped East Lancashire Derby turned out to be a no-score-bore-draw, with both teams feeling like they could have won it, yet neither team will feel like they equipped themselves well enough for the challenge.
Once again, we found ourselves up against ten men in the first half after Ian Henderson was sent off for a second booking (and this after Scott Hogan had been replaced through injury), and once again we failed to capitalise. In fact you couldn't tell that one team was a man short.
Bury resorted to hopeful long diagonal balls into the box which proved easy picking for the Rochdale back four, although we had the better chances with Carroll, Soares and Nardiello all having good chances to win it for Bury.
The only plus was a crowd of over six thousand, and a load of beer afterwards.
It was fairly crap.
